Attorney Robert L. Firth is an experienced bankruptcy lawyer who has helped many people find solutions to difficult debt challenges. In addition to his vast experience in bankruptcy and debt relief services, Mr. Firth represents a number of local business owners in general business law matters, including business formations, corporate record keeping and employment agreements.

Attorney Firth has extensive experience in the areas of bankruptcy, estate planning and probate, real estate transactions and other general law matters as well. During his career, Mr. Firth served in the federal government as a Trial Attorney at the United States Department of Justice, Deputy Director of the White House Conference on Small Business and Special Assistant to the Associate Director of the Small Business Administration.

Attorney Firth is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a member of the bar in California and Missouri (inactive) and is a former member in good standing of the bar in Wisconsin and the District of Columbia. He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).
