involved in several hundred timeshare transactions annually. Her office charges

In February 2012,
Preferred Timeshare Resales will celebrate their 16th anniversary in
the timeshare resale side of the timeshare industry. Karen remembers the day she
opened her doors at her Lake Tahoe office in 1996. “There was such a need for
legitimate timeshare resale services, we hit the ground running within the first
week we were in business.” Karen shared, “Most of the timeshare owners we
helped, had already been exposed to some sort of upfront-fee timeshare scam, and
were relieved to have found a legitimate means to sell their timeshares. Our
business model is the same as a traditional real estate firm. The only
difference is we specialize in timeshare resales.”
